How do I order from aquaPro2000?
1. Shopping Cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will put your selection into the shopping cart.
The banner "WYSIWYG" - what you see is what you get - designates individual animals, i. They get exactly the animal they see. A 100% availability can not be guaranteed for WYSIWYG original images. Damaged or sick animals can not be sent in principle.
Important: When originalizing, your selection will remain in your shopping basket for exactly 20 minutes!
You can change this selection at any time by sending your order, by changing the number of products, by deleting the selection or by canceling the order process by clicking the "Remove" button. Click on the "Checkout" button to proceed to the next order step.
Please login with your eMail address and your password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used (privacy notice) in compliance with data protection regulations. No other use or transfer to third parties takes place. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. Click on the "Next" button to proceed to the next order step.
3. Check Invoice Address / Select Payment Method
Now check your billing address and enter your desired payment method. Clicking the "Next" button will take you to the next order step.
4. Check shipping address / Select shipping method
Now check your shipping address and enter your desired shipping method. Clicking the "Next" button will take you to the next order step.
5. Complete the order process / revocation and data protection
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and invoice address and your contact details. Please check if all information is correct and read the instructions carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you explicitly agree to the withdrawal instruction (checkmark). By clicking the button "Buy now" you send your order to us. Hereby you submit a legally binding offer.
