These prices apply for the first parcel with a weight up to 31,5 kg.

These shipping costs are for one standard parcel up to 30,0 kg and a package length of up to 1,20 m. Bulky goods, for example tanks, larger quantities of sea salt, long fluorescent tubes and other fragile goods may have special conditions, please discuss with the team upfront.

2. Delivery of animals

From 190, - Euro purchase value for animals we deliver ONLY in Germany FREE SHIPPING!

Live animal shipping generally takes place from Monday to Thursday. 
The exact shipping time of your order will always be coordinated with you to ensure a direct acceptance of the animals. There is NO shipping to packing stations or similar.
Under extreme weather conditions, the shipping of animals can be delayed or canceled.

Returns and Refunds

Should your purchase arrive and appear faulty or broken please inform us immediately. We will aim to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In case it is necessary to return the goods, please obtain a proof of posting. Costs will be refunded as soon as we receive the product.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase without the product being faulty or broken you do have the right of withdrawel.
